Return And Refund Policy

Overview

At Vibha Handlooms, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality handloom sarees to our valued customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Customized or made-to-order sarees.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, we require:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • A detailed explanation of the issue.

  • Clear images of the product in case of damage or defects.

Note: Do not send your product back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email or phone. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  • Reach out to your bank, as there may be delays in posting the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. To exchange a product, email us at vibhahandlooms2024@gmail.com or call us at +91 88855 86658 and provide proof of damage (e.g., photographs).

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:
Vibha Handlooms, Shanthi Nagar, Dharmavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
